The used records (LPs and 45 rpm records) included in our catalog are
graded conservatively, in accordance with the following standards:
SS (Still Sealed) - Vinyl records are still factory sealed. Assumed
to be unplayed, but we are unable to verify this condition unless you
grant us permission to open the shrinkwrap before shipping.
NM (Near Mint) - Unsealed, never played condition
EXC (Excellent) - Vinyl records (LPs or 45 rpm records) with no visible
surface wear that should play as new.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) - Vinyl records (LPs or 45 rpm records) that have
some slight surface wear (likely the result of friction against the
inner sleeve) that may result in minimal surface noise but should not
adversely affect play.
VG (Very Good) - Vinyl records (LPs or 45 rpm records) that have a
moderate amount of surface wear that can be expected to result in noticeable
surface noise, pops and clicks.
VG- (Very Good Minus) - Vinyl records (LPs or 45 rpm records) that
have more than a moderate amount of surface wear that can be expected
to result in noticeable surface noise, pops and clicks. Not trashed
though.
G (Fair) - Vinyl records (LPs or 45 rpm records) that have a considerable
amount of surface wear but any damage will not interfere with play/meaning
no skips. May have loud surface noise, but plays all the way through.
P (Poor) - and As-Is Vinyl records (LPs or 45 rpm records) that have
a considerable amount of surface wear/damage that may interfere with
play. These used records (LPs or 45 rpm records) are not guaranteed
and may simply serve to fill a hole in your collection until a better
copy can be found. |

Payments can be made via credit card by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Western Union Money Transfer, Money Orders, Google Checkout, and well
concealed U.S. Cash. NO CHECKS!! DEFINITELY NO PAYPAL!!! For
money orders or cash, items will be held 7 days domestically, 14 days internationally.
Records will be shipped within 24 hours after your payment is received.
We recommend that you opt for credit card payment as this will enable you
to receive your records more quickly. We will NOT be responsible for items
that are NOT insured.

Our refund/return policy differs from item to item. In general, we will
absolutely give full refunds INCLUDING the buyers initial shipping costs
in any case of factual mistakes, oversight, or accidental misrepresentation
on OUR part. The buyer however must first return the SAME item to us fully
intact. No refund will be given for postal damage during shipment to, or
returning from buyer. Refunds will not be given on the basis of subjective
disagreements over the grading of an item. We will let the images and facts
we state are sure of speak for themselves, and withhold as much as possible
the subjective assessment of quality. As stated before, we are very picky
about condition, and we will state factually the conditions of each item
sold at BAGHAT VINYL. Note that certain items are sold AS IS (dollar bin
items) with no returns or refunds. THANK YOU!

| What if my item has not arrived? |
Most items arrive within 10 days of us receiving payment. If your item has been lost in transit we will send a replacement after minimum transit time of 28 days has elapsed. We use signature confirmation on all domestic orders and cannot send replacements on orders that are reported as delivered. If you have not received your order, simply contact us and we will remedy the situation.
Baghat Vinyl prides itself in the fact that most orders placed are completely fulfilled and shipped out within 24 business hours from when they are submitted. If an item is out-of-stock, the online shopping cart system will notify you and ask you to place another selection. However, there are rare cases when a particular item is out-of-stock, but the online shopping cart system still allows you to continue on with the transaction. If this happens, we will NOT hold up your entire order to wait for the particular item to come in. The rest of your order will be fulfilled and shipped out within 24 hours, along with a note indicating that one of your selections is on backorder. As soon as the backordered item is received by us, it will be sent directly to you via First Class/Priority Mail. You will NOT pay for any additional shipping & handling.
