Years on the mic: On the mic since playschool made those recorders so I'd say about 4 or 5.. but I started writing rhymes at 13. Its a lucky number.

What's the history of Nina B?
I'm a hood girl... born in the Bronx...I then lived in Harlem.. then back to the Bronx again. After that I was out in the lower east side with my family.. mom, 1 brother, 2 sisters in a shelter. From there we came to BK and started from scatch u can say.

How would you describe the NINA B's sound?
Eccentric.

What keeps you hungry musically?
The ambition in me.. I just want 2 be successful.. I want the people around me to be successful.. and I want to make good music.

What's your take on hip hop music today?
It's wack so repetitive it lacks originality.. we need more quality less quantity.

Tell us about your new release/upcoming projects?
Dvd album.. and the rest is history.

What sets you apart from the other emcees out there?
My love for this shit.. it's so authentic.

Whoever.. bignames.. no names. I'm fishing 4 heat.

Who would you like to work with?
Kanye West, Keisha Cole, Papoose….Maybe even Trey Songs. I love working with people make me a better artist.
